1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
2 each Tender™ Chicken Breasts
INSTRUCTIONS
Heat 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil in 12-inch non-stick skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
Add Tender™ Chicken Breast to skillet and sear until deep golden brown on both sides, about 5 minutes per side.
