INGREDIENTS:

1 Tbsp. vegetable oil

2 each Tender™ Chicken Breasts

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Heat 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil in 12-inch non-stick skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.

  2. Add Tender™ Chicken Breast to skillet and sear until deep golden brown on both sides, about 5 minutes per side.

  3. Enjoy on salads, sandwiches, and more!
